Prepare preventive maintenance schedule of electrical equipment in the plant.
Assess maintenance needs of all electrical equipments.
Ensure effective maintenance of electrical equipment through regular monitoring of maintenance activities.
Monitor performance against targets set for electrical maintenance metrics.
Prepare schedule for any shut-down required for preventive maintenance of electrical.
Coordinate with Group Power team for maintenance and issue resolution related to sub-stations
and high voltage line.
Coordinate with support functions for any other electrical maintenance required in the plant .
Coordinate with the production sub-vertical to plan for shut-down for maintenance as required .
Develop reportees by providing them appropriate training and coaching opportunities
Provide career and performance support to reportees
Manage attendance and leave of reportees
Manage counselling and grievances of reportees
Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees to enable work-life balance
equipment
Ensure timely breakdown maintenance as required
Educational Requirements
Diploma/Graduate in Engineering (Electrical)
Experience Requirements
7 to 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operation & Maintenance, Factory/Plant/Facility Management
Additional Job Requirements
Age 32 to 40 year(s)
Have to Experience in maintenance role in a manufacturing set-up with at least 3-5 years in steel manufacturing and 2-3 years in a supervisory role
