Job Description / Responsibility
This position is for MTB Capital Ltd. which is fully owned subsidiary company of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd.
Independently manage daily merchant banking financial transactions
Arranges auditing of company accounts as per stipulated schedule.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statement as per Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS), IAS and BAS
Preparation of Annual Reports statement as per Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS), IAS and BAS
Conducts regular operational audit of various departments and reports the audit findings to the CEO.


Educational Requirements

A recognized MBA in Accounting,/CA(PE-I or equivalent) /ICMA/ACCA would be an advantage.


Experience Requirements
4 to 8 year(s)


Additional Job Requirements
Age 28 to 45 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Candidates must have relevant professional qualification or a recognized university degree in Accounting.
A self-motivated, result-oriented with sound knowledge of the rules and regulations set by authorities.
Sound knowledge of TAX and VAT

Salary Range
Negotiable
