Job Description / Responsibility
- Liase with the Management in making all policy decisions for the company.
- Should be well versed with all functions of a company secretary (preparation of minutes for Board and General Meetings, regulatory filings, company law, SEC & Bangladesh Bank guidelines and other corporate statutory compliance, liaison with various regulatory authorities & Financial Institutions, practical compliance issues handling, shareholders relation etc).
Educational Requirements
The prospective candidates should be CA/ICMA/FCA/FCMA along with Associate Company Secretary (ACS).
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 12 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Company Secretary/Share Operation, Administration, Share Department/Company Secretariat, Corporate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 45 year(s)
- Should have at least 12 (twelve) years working experience in a publicly listed company with at least 6 (six) years working experience in any reputed Financial Institution (publicly listed Leasing Companies/Bank).
- The Candidates from other discipline having vast experiences in the same field are also encourage to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as knowledge of computer
- office software including desktop publishing, spreadsheet creation, and database management programs.
- Accurate typing and proofreading ability are required.
- The personal traits of maturity, dependability, professionalism, attention to detail, and maintaining confidentiality are also essential.
- The ability to multi-task and cope politely with interruptions is also important.
