Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure proper maintenance of updated books of accounts for all financial transactions.
- Prepare accounting entries for cash and journal vouchers, cash book and journal book.
- Prepare cash and bank reconciliation statements.
- Ensure proper income tax/VAT calculation and tax/VAT deduction at source as per prevailing rules.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors.
- Provide support to program teams to prepare financial plans and reports.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and reports according to the need of the Management
- Provide Daily Cash & Bank Status.
Educational Requirements
M.Com/MBA in Finance or Accounting from any recognized university. CA (partly qualified) will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Cash Management
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 (three) years job experience at same position preferably in the mobile handset business
- Must be familiar with Accounting software ACCPAC
- Candidate should be self motivated, team leading approach, smart and creative.
- Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer
- Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are equired
- Excellent command on MS-Office applications & Internet
