Job Description / Responsibility

  • The key role and responsibility of this position is to create the distribution infrastructure across the country.
  • To ramp up the manpower both in the Branch based Development Officers , agency and the alliances channels. Setting up relationships and expanding the alternate business channels like Social Business Service Agents, corporate agents, brokers and bancassurance tie-ups. Building a robust business model for sales.
  • Collaborates with the Nationwide Group Trustee Board , Executive Board in the overall administration of the Nationwide’s Businesses.
  • Other related Responsibilities are :
  • Provide cost effective Recruitment Plans for attracting efficient Salaried Branch Based Development Officers, and Commission based Full time / Part Time Sales Agents .
  • Prepare and deliver the most compelling Tanning materials, easy to deploy Sales Techniques,offering tips and guidance on how to move a product or service for Nationwide in Branch based Sales Managers and External Sales Agents.
  • Set up Goals and execution plans for Monthly/quarterly/ Yearly Sales Target, and come up with creative ways to achieve those.
  • Monitor & Supervise all sales activities and Visit Nationwide Different Branches, District Offices, SB.M Agent to implement , improve and observe different pre- planned sales strategies.
  • Take regular reports from different District Area Sales Managers.And make recommendation to improvised Sales revenue.
  • Take Part in different Sales Seminars offered by Nationwide`s Branches and Corporate offices across the country.
  • Acquire new relationship and establish the sales channel for acquired partners.
  • Provides a high level of customer relations and service; and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.

Educational Requirements
B.Com/M.Com/MBA ;7-10 or more years of experience in Sales and at least 2-5 years in National Sales Leadership Position. Preferred Business areas :Multi Level Marketing/ Insurance/ Pharmaceutical Products/Micro Finance. Able to prepare training materials,Sales & Development Plans, Mange and train Nationwide Development Officers : In consequence of recruiting Financial Products Agent(s) for making sales and after Sales Services toward Nationwide`s Clients.

Experience Requirements
  • 7 to 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Market Development (Banking), Market Development (Leasing), Insurance Marketing & Sales, HR & Training, Claims Processing (Insurance), Business/Product Development, Administration

Additional Job Requirements
  • B.Com/M.Com/MBA ;7-10 or more years of experience in Sales and at least 5 years as top line Sales Leadership role. Preferred Business areas : Insurance/ Multi Level Marketing/ Pharmaceutical Products/Micro Finance / SME Loan Sales.
  • Strong Knowledge of Financial industry would be an advantage.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships within the organization and develop professional relationships with customers and business associations.
  • Effectively utilize and manage time to accomplish goals and objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to use effective communication skills both verbally and in writing. Using appropriate form and style to express ideas in a clear, thorough and concise manner.
  • Strong Academic background is not mandatory for an executive with an outstanding Sales and leadership track record.
Salary Range
  • TK.90000 - 350000
