Remuneration & Offerings:
Finally selected candidates will have to undergo on probation for 1 year with consolidated monthly salary of Tk.30000.00, Upon satisfactory performance on the job, the incumbent will be confirmed in the position of ‘Senior Officer’ under bank’s regular scale. Candidates who will not qualify as Management Trainee Officers may be considered for selection as Probationary Officer.
Successful candidates shall be given off the job comprehensive training, as well as practical training at various offices, before they are placed in their respective roles, Trust Bank provides steady career growth purely based on performance and level of achievements.
Educational Requirements
Applicants should be Masters or completed 4-year graduation degree from any Public University or North South University, East West University, BRAC University, Independent University Bangladesh, American International University Bangladesh, Bangladesh University of Professionals, Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management or any reputed overseas university in any of the following disciplines:
Business Administration ; Statistics; Law; Bank Management; Mathematics; Computer Science &Technology; Economics; English; Engineering (CSE, Mechanical Electrical, Civil); Business Studies (Accounting, Marketing, Management, Finance, Banking, Human Resource Management, Management Information System, International Business, Strategic International Management)
Applicants must have 1st division/CGPA, minimum 4.0 out of 5.0 in both SSC and HSC, as well as 1st Division/CGPA, minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 in his/her Bachelor/Honors or Masters Degree.
